SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Meal Cancellation Timings 

● Lunch cancellations must be informed  before 10:00 AM

● Dinner cancellations must be informed  before 4:00 PM

●  Cancellation must be informed via WhatsApp  on  +91 78299 99992

● If the message is  not replied/seen , please send the cancellation to  +91 96866 49526 

along with your  full name

Uninformed Cancellations 

If cancellation is not informed before the specified time, the meal will be counted for that day. 

Daily Meal Usage 

A subscriber may take  1 thali or multiple thalis in a day , until their total subscription balance is 

exhausted. 

Carry-Forward Policy 

If a meal is not taken on a particular day, it will be  carried forward to the next day  within the 

validity period. 

No Refund Policy 

No refunds will be processed under any circumstances. 

Subscription Validity 

●  30-meal subscription:  Valid for  60 days 

●  15-meal subscription:  Valid for  35 days 

●  7-meal subscription:  Valid for  20 days 

●  3-meal trial subscription:  Valid for  5 days 

Premium Meal Changes 

Any change within the premium meal options must be informed in advance. 

Royal Subscription Policy 

●  No expiry. 

●  Fully transferable. Royal Subscription — Special Conditions 

Dine-in: 

● No minimum order requirement. 

● Flat  15% discount  on all dine-in bills. 

Delivery Orders: 

● Minimum bill value (before discount) must be  ₹200  to avail the  15% discount

● This minimum order rule  does not apply for dine-in .
